My friend, Mera, does the most AMAZING workshops, and we have the same philosophy:
Empower people (women, especially) to feel more confident about using their cameras!
When people are more confident about something as little as their cameras, that confidence and power seeps into their entire lives, and I feel so honored to be able to help people find that confidence and skill inside themselves. Plus, learning how to use that camera and all of the advanced (no-longer intimidating!) features, is RAD! The gorgeous images you’ll be able to create with your new knowledge and your newly acquired confidence will come together into something magical!
Mera’s workshops are usually 2-3 days long, and that’s a great fit for a lot of folks, but, honestly, that’s not how I roll.
I’ve co-hosted one of Mera’s workshops with her, and it was an amazing experience! But, when I do workshops, I distill info down into a shorter format. There are pluses and minuses to each type of workshop, but the cool thing is that folks have so much opportunity to choose what’s best for them! If you don’t have the budget or the time to devote to one of Mera’s amazing workshops, this may be a great alternative for you! I promise it will be a morning full of learning, friendship, and FUN!
