Little kids don’t have all the fun

Last month I met an amazing family out on Coronado.
The majority of my family photo shoots include school-aged kids, and that’s fab, but this family was a little different. The oldest daughter just graduated from USC and is on her way to China via a fellowship (brainiac!). Her little bro is studying at the University of Hawaii. They were all together for a little while this summer, and they took a day to create some family photos with me.
This family was SO FUN and so full of love for each other — in their own goofy adoring way. They walked along the beach this way all on their own with no “photo coaching” from me:
