I AM MOVING THIS WEEKEND'S EVENTS TO NEXT WEEKEND, March 8th & 9th

The Moms & Dads Workshop will be Saturday, March 8th. (same location, same time)

The Mini Platinum in Balboa Park will be Sunday, March 9th (same location, same time)

Changes like this are not easy decisions for me, and I think I am a weather.com junkie,
but I really want families to get the best possible weather for their photo sessions
and workshops. This cold icky fog is not burning off fast enough for my liking, and it's
downright CCCCOLD at the beach & Balboa Park! (at least to us spoiled rotten San Diegans!)

If the new date does not work for you, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!
We can work out a reschedule for you, or if all else fails, I can get you a refund.

Mat (my 9-yr-old son, DIE HARD Padres Fan) and I are going to New York City in June!
The Yankees are Mat's second favorite team, and he really wanted to go to NYC
with me & Jason last year. He wants to see Yankee Stadium, The Statue of Liberty,
Battery Park (I don't know why, but that's on his list), Times Square, the 3-story
Build-a-Bear workshop, Central Park, the Subway,
and the museum from Ben Stiller's movie (dum dum give me gum gum!).

When the Padres 2008 schedule was announced, and I saw that the Padres
are playing the Yankees IN YANKEE STADIUM during the first week of summer vacation,
the wheels in my head starts turning!

I have our plane tickets, our hotel reservations, and THIS MORNING I got our
YANKEES TICKETS!!!



If you go on Padres.com, it says that single game tickets
go on sale Saturday March 1st. But if you to to Yankees.com, single game tickets went on sale
TODAY (Feb 29th) at 7am our time!
Mat and I were on the computers at 6:50 am this morning, ready to login & get our tickets!
And we got them!

I'll announce more details about our trip soon, and Mat will be assisting me at some
Barefoot in NYC photo sessions (stay tuned for details!),
but I just wanted to share our excitement!

NYC, here we come!!!

These DUCKIES are spoiled, pampered and overindulged!
I had no idea what I was in for when I nabbed these quackers.

All they do is whine and ask for more chocolate -- all day long!
And not any chocolate! They want shaved white chocolate!

I was in the mood for something decadent anyway, so we took a little field trip,
just to shut them up for a little while, but I've HAD IT!



They got their treat, but they kept on WHINING! Asking for more!
No more Mrs. Nice Ducknapper! I called in the guy who knows how to get what he wants.
