Laurie Romney opened up her home to me a few weeks ago.
She and her friend, Dana, prepared a fabulous lunch for the three of us.
The last time I saw Laurie, baby Nathan was in her tummy, so it was very nice
to see Nathan out & about!
After lunch, Laurie & Dana showed me all around her home, FULL of Barefoot Memories photos!
It was so amazing to see how she's decorated her home, and I was so honored to have
created the photographs that filled her family's gorgeous home.
I put together a movie from the day.
Enjoy!
Email subscribers, go to The Blog to see the move.
Please forgive my awful cinematography!
It's really hard to read my subtitles & hear the sound sometimes. Good thing I'm not a videographer!
The song from that movie is "Sacred" by one of our favorite bands, Caedmon's Call.
GET IT HERE ON iTUNES It's a "must have" song for any God-loving mom who needs encouragement every now &then.
My favorite line is:
"I'll get to the laundry. I don't know when. I'm saying a prayer tonight, 'cause tomorrow it starts again."
Here's a picture from a hallway that didn't make the movie:
Laurie got those frames at a clearance sale. They were sold as "pre fab" art peices with
artistic pictures already included, but Laurie ripped those out and put in her own 11x14 prints.
If you're coming to the workshop in May with me, MeRa & Brian, you'll get to meet these
awesome moms yourself! Laurie is attending the workshop, and Dana is our SUPER Hostess!
Thanks you, Laurie & Dana, for such a great day!
Laurie: Look in the mail soon for my "Thank you!"
