The Photoshop work is done for the
Monkey family I shared a few days ago.
I thought it would be fun to share some "after" images, since you saw what I got
out of the camera.
Here are the "Monkey Boys":
what I did:
-inside Camera Raw, I lowered the white balance temp and tint a bit
-I added a bit of contrast with "Oh Snap" from "Totally Rad" actions
-I darkened the trees in the background with "ying/yang" from Totally Rad
-I used an action from Kevin Kubota to create the web image with the black & white border
Here are a few more from the morning in the park:
Four little monkeys, playing in the park:
what I did:
-to get this "funky" look, I used my recent favorite, Kevin Kubota's X-process combo
I don't use this too often, because I like to keep skin tones, highlights, and shadows looking
normal and realistic. But sometimes I use it 1) just for something different
and 2) to enhance the emotion in an image,
like the happiness pouring out from these monkeys!
Here's the whole family (I have a feeling this may be on a Christmas card or two soon!)
what I did:
-I used the Totally Rad, Revenge action "Troy" for this antiquee look.
I love this one of dad & the kids:
what I did:
-I used "Hot Fudge" from Kevin Kubota to make this B&W
..one last image... I was giggling when I took this one:
Isn't that an awesome dad with a bottle in the back pocket?!
Enjoy!
