Great images require great gear.
Canon cameras are, in my opinion, the best out there, and the lenses are top notch.
I use Canon 5Ds with the full-frame sensor, and the 70-200 f/2.8 lens is my favorite.
Those are pricy, but there are less expensive options, like the 50D or 7D with a more affordable lens.
